Travis and I met in December of 2007. We both were home for christmas and happened to go to the same singles ward in Boise. I recognized him because just two weeks prior I saw him in my student ward in Utah. I knew then that I had to talk to him . . I introduced myself only to find out that we went to college the same year at Utah State and I knew most his friends. It seemed like the smallest world after finding out we came from the same block in Utah. I must say I fell in love with him from the moment I saw him . . . I even had my sister calling me Mrs. Barney the whole way home from church.
I finally got a date with him just after Christmas with the help of my sister . . . It took a few days to get past his shyness, but once I did I think the rest is history because not a day has gone by that I have not spent with him. We have come to enjoy so many things together like Mountain biking, hiking, skiing, snow shoeing, cooking and even reading . . even if the activities are a little dorky we enjoy the time spent together. We even took our first road trip to Havsuapi Falls in AZ where we went back packing. Dating Travis and getting to know him has been the greatest blessing in my life. He has given me the life and love I have always dreamt of and now from here on out it will be a life together. . . . forever!
